Refund Policy

All billing is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle issues invoices and handles payment disputes. This policy covers refund terms per billing type.

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $10/month.

• 14-day refund window: Full refund available within 14 days of initial payment if fewer than 3 proposals were generated and fewer than 50% of your monthly token quota was consumed.
• Outside 14 days: Subscription charges are non-refundable. Pro access continues until end of billing cycle.
• Cancellation: Stops renewal. No partial-month refunds. Access continues to end of paid period.
• Renewals: Non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

• Unused packs: Refundable within 7 days if zero tokens from the pack have been consumed.
• Partially used packs: No refund once any tokens have been used.
• Expiry: Credits do not expire while Pro is active. Locked on Free plan; restored when Pro is reactivated.

No charges on the Free plan. Nothing to refund.

Requests outside the above terms are evaluated case by case. We consider exceptions for: verified platform outages affecting a significant portion of a billing period; duplicate charges from billing errors; charges made after a confirmed cancellation.

We do not issue refunds based on AI output quality, Win Chance scores, or proposal outcomes. These are probabilistic tools and results will vary.

Email support@upbidai.com with: your account email; your Paddle order or invoice number; a brief reason for the request. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds appear within 5–10 business days.

Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution. Contact us first — most issues resolve quickly without a dispute process.
